Flow Wellbeing

2021

Flow Wellbeing Centre is a purpose built hub offering a number of wellbeing services along with a yoga complex with four studios. The hub hosts various therapeutic practitioners including sports massage, a wellbeing coach, trauma therapist, midwives, nutritionists, medical herbalists, dieticians, craniosacral osteopaths and beauty therapists.

The project was a successful collaboration between the clients and Field Studio in Christchurch along with interior designer Sharon Cross. Placed between neighbourhood pub Pomeroys and a historic brick building, Field Studio was asked to create a context-sensitive yoga studio and therapy space that is modern and fit for purpose. We undertook extensive research into the specific requirements of yoga studios and developed a state of the art, sustainably built dual building solution.
