A Versatile Space for Creativity and Community

The Events Space will provide 128m² of flexible space, accommodating up to 200 people. Designed for adaptability, it will support a wide range of youth-led activities including music, dance, indoor sports, theatre, talks, and creative workshops.

Construction of the Events Centre began in September 2025.

Expanding a Broader Vision for Youth Services

The new facility builds on the existing Stage One development at 109 Salisbury Street. This includes a 22-bedroom supported housing wing, an outdoor activity courtyard, and a dedicated services building for youth support organisations. 

The final development will include arts and recreation centre, gallery, spiritual space, courtyard and a new Manaaki Entrance to Salisbury street.
